1. Scope
This policy covers Discover content, Reels, reviews, comments, offers and coupons on Cedar GO.
2. Allowed content
Content must be lawful, not misleading, not abusive, and must respect third-party rights. Images, video and music require appropriate permissions.
3. Discover and Reels
Comments are available to verified registered accounts. Each vendor Reel requires administrative approval before public display. Violations can be reported in-app, to support or by email with a case number.
4. Reviews
Customers may review a vendor or driver only after a linked completed order. Fake, abusive or infringing reviews are removed.
5. Offers and coupons
One discount applies per order. Promotional minimum spend is calculated after product discount and before delivery. Reference prices must be evidenced on request; paid placements are marked Sponsored/Ad. Misleading offers are stopped pending correction. Suspected coupon abuse may lead to temporary restriction and review.
6. Music and media rights
Third-party content may not be used without a license. Off-platform use requires separate permission.
7. Enforcement
Enforcement may include removal, account restriction, reduced visibility or escalation to legal support when required.
