Cedar GO driver agreement.
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
Operator: GXN Services (sole proprietorship of Ghassan Shouman), Wildhagen 104, 33619 Bielefeld, Germany. Email: info@cedargo.app. Telephone: +96179079390. A driver is the verified individual approved for activation.
The driver works as an independent contractor delivering orders through the platform in permitted zones, under the documents, insurance and arrangements agreed at activation. Contract wording alone does not remove any mandatory employment classification where applicable law requires it.
Before activation, identity verification, vehicle details, service zones, suitable insurance and cash-settlement arrangements must be completed. Mandatory documents must stay valid.
Drivers choose their availability hours and may decline orders within reasonable platform rules. Repeated declines may affect ranking without affecting mandatory rights.
Drivers use their own vehicle and pay fuel, maintenance and repairs. Suitable commercial-delivery insurance must be in place before accepting assignments.
Drivers collect COD under the operating procedures and hand it promptly to Cedar GO personnel with required records. Misuse of cash or unjustified delay may trigger immediate suspension.
100% of the delivery fee and 100% of tips are allocated to the driver, with 0% platform delivery commission. Statutory wages, benefits and employment protections, if applicable, remain intact.
Drivers must drive safely, respect vendors and customers, and refrain from misusing personal data, orders or cash. Invalid mandatory documents or serious safety risks may trigger suspension pending review.
Location is tracked during active assignments for operations and support. Drivers must keep customer and vendor data confidential.
Either party may end the relationship under the operating notice rules, completing in-progress assignments where safe. Serious violations may lead to immediate termination.
To the extent permitted, Lebanese law and competent Lebanese courts apply, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
