1. Parties
Operator: GXN Services (sole proprietorship of Ghassan Shouman), Wildhagen 104, 33619 Bielefeld, Germany. Email: info@cedargo.app. Telephone: +96179079390. The counterparty is the verified signing vendor after identity, documents and authorized signatory are completed.
2. Subject
Cedar GO lets the vendor list products, receive orders and coordinate delivery through platform drivers in the service areas. The vendor is the seller of products; Cedar GO provides the marketplace and delivery network.
3. Activation and documents
Accounts activate after required documents are verified and administration approves. Contact details, licenses and authorized persons must stay up to date.
4. Trial period
A 30-day trial is available with a reduced commission rate set in writing at activation. At the end, both parties expressly agree whether to continue; there is no unagreed automatic switch. Trial exit follows settlement of existing obligations.
5. Commission
The ordinary platform commission is 10% of product value after vendor-funded discounts, excluding driver delivery fees and tips. Trial rate, taxes and platform-funded coupon treatment are defined in writing.
6. Collection and settlement
Customer COD is collected by the driver and handed to Cedar GO personnel with electronic records and signed receipts; vendor balances are then settled under the operating schedule.
7. Listings, prices and offers
Vendors set product prices, promotion duration and quantity and bear their own discounts. One discount applies per order; promotional minimum spend is after discounts before delivery. Vendors retain evidence supporting reference prices when asked. Cedar GO may halt misleading offers pending correction.
8. Food safety
Vendors are responsible for preparation, hygiene, packaging, allergens and legal compliance. Unsafe products must be stopped immediately and support notified. Cedar GO may suspend unsafe listings.
9. Orders and performance
Vendors must accept or decline within the displayed window, prepare on time and keep availability current. Repeated poor performance may lead to reduced visibility or suspension after appropriate notice.
10. Content and Reels
Vendors must hold rights to images, video, music and necessary permissions. Each Reel requires administrative approval before public display. Off-platform advertising use requires separate rights-holder permission.
11. Suspension and termination
Cedar GO may immediately stop unsafe listings and temporarily suspend a vendor when food-safety risks persist, using proportionate checks. Reinstatement after safety violations is conditional on remedying the risk and any required official clearance. On termination, accepted orders are completed only where safe and lawful; vendor videos are hidden publicly, subject to justified retention.
12. Disputes and law
Disputes are first negotiated, then may go to a mutually agreed independent mediator. To the extent permitted, Lebanese law and competent Lebanese courts apply, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
