How do I go online as a driver?

Approved account + delivery app + available status.

Cedar GO Help · Delivery Drivers

Overview

Going online means you are available to receive Cedar GO delivery jobs in your zone. You must be an approved delivery partner first.

How it works

  1. Complete application via Join as Driver and wait for approval
  2. Install and sign into the delivery app
  3. Allow location permissions needed for navigation and assignment
  4. Set your status to available or online in the zone you serve
  5. Accept assigned orders up to the max of 3 concurrent jobs

What happens in practice

Stay near active coverage such as Zefta–Marwaniyeh–Kfarwa–Deir al Zehrane. If cash-in-hand is at the limit, settle before expecting more COD-heavy assignments.

Important live rules

  • Registration toggle is on for new applicants; working online still needs approval
  • COD and OTP remain mandatory parts of completion
  • Going offline mid-route can strand customers—finish active jobs first

What to do if something goes wrong

If you cannot toggle online, check internet, permissions, and approval status with support. Do not use a second unofficial account.

Test navigation to a known landmark in the Zefta-area zone before peak time. Confirm you can receive push notifications. If the available toggle fails after an app update, reinstall only after support confirms you will not lose an active shift assignment mid-route.
