What does a delivery partner do?
Pickup, delivery, COD collection, OTP completion.
Overview
A Cedar GO delivery partner moves confirmed orders from store to customer. You are the COD collector and OTP completer at the door.
How it works
- Go online in your service zone
- Accept or receive assigned orders (max concurrent setting: 3)
- Collect the order from the restaurant or grocery store
- Deliver to the customer address
- Collect Cash on Delivery
- Complete delivery OTP verification when required
- Mark delivered and move to the next job
What happens in practice
Multi-stop routes need clear bag labels. If a customer is unreachable, follow the unreachable-customer guidance instead of abandoning cash rules. Picture upload for proof can be required depending on settings.

What to do if something goes wrong
Store not handing over, wrong pin, or safety issues: document and contact Cedar GO. Do not invent fees.
Professional partners protect both the store and the customer: sealed bags, honest status updates, and calm COD collection. You represent Cedar GO at the door in the active South Lebanon zone. If a store hands you the wrong ticket, resolve it before driving rather than discovering the mismatch at drop-off.
