How do vendors set hours and menu?

Keep hours and items accurate in vendor tools.

Cedar GO Help · Restaurants & Stores

Overview

Hours and menu accuracy protect customers and drivers. Vendors set opening hours and catalog items in the vendor panel or vendor app after approval on Cedar GO.

How it works

  • Update store opening hours in local Asia/Beirut time
  • Add Food or Grocery items with clear names and prices
  • Mark items unavailable when stock runs out
  • Use photos and categories customers can understand

Because schedule order is off, customers order for near-term fulfillment when you are effectively open and confirming.

What happens in practice

If hours say open but nobody confirms, orders stall and support gets involved. If a menu item stays visible without stock, you will face cancel requests and missing-item disputes after COD delivery.

Important live rules

  • Store confirmation model requires you to be ready to accept
  • Only Food and Groceries modules are live
  • Prices feed USD-configured checkout totals customers pay in cash

What to do if something goes wrong

If you cannot edit hours or items, contact support with your store login email or phone. Do not ask customers to ignore outdated prices.

Align posted hours with real staffing. If you close early, flip availability in the panel immediately so new COD orders stop. For groceries, keep unit sizes accurate so delivery partners and customers are not surprised by bulk packs that do not fit expectations.
