Do customers get loyalty points?
Loyalty points are on; wallet payments are off.
Overview
Customer loyalty point status is on in live settings, with exchange rate and minimum conversion thresholds configured in admin. Registered customers can earn points on purchases as shown in the app.
How it works
Complete eligible COD orders while logged in. Check the loyalty or points area in the customer app for balances and conversion rules. Guest checkout may not give you the same longevity of point history as a registered account.
What happens in practice
Note: the wallet payment method is off, so points or wallet balance may not be usable as a checkout wallet until wallet is re-enabled. Trust the redeem options actually shown in the app rather than assuming wallet spend.

What to do if something goes wrong
If points do not appear after a delivered order, send the order ID to support. Do not tip less or withhold COD over loyalty disputes.
Create an account if you care about points longevity; guest orders are convenient but weaker for long-term loyalty history. Read redeem screens carefully while wallet checkout remains off so you do not expect a payment method that live settings do not offer.
