How do I create an account?
Register in the customer app - or order as a guest.
Overview
Most customers create an account in the Cedar GO customer app so they can save addresses, track orders, and use loyalty features where enabled. You can also order as a guest because guest checkout is enabled on the live platform.
How it works
- Install or open the Cedar GO customer app
- Choose register and enter the phone and/or email details the app requests
- Complete any verification steps shown (customer verification is not forced before ordering in the current live setup)
- Set a delivery address inside an active zone
Vendor and driver accounts are separate. Restaurant registration and deliveryman registration toggles are both on, with their own apply flows.
What happens in practice
After registration you can place Food or Grocery orders, pay Cash on Delivery at drop-off, and follow status updates. Loyalty points for customers are enabled in settings, while wallet checkout remains off.
Important live rules
- Guest checkout is available if you skip registration for a first order
- A reachable phone number still matters for driver contact and OTP
- Join as Vendor and Join as Driver are separate partnership paths
What to do if something goes wrong
If registration fails or you cannot sign in, retry with a stable connection and contact support. Do not create duplicate accounts unless support asks you to. Email info@cedargo.app with the phone number you used.
