Cedar GO Help · Getting Started

Overview

Cedar GO is configured for Lebanon operations: timezone Asia/Beirut, country LB, and platform currency USD. The product stack supports bilingual Arabic and English interfaces.

How it works

Order timestamps, store schedule interpretation, and operational reports follow Asia/Beirut. Choose the language available in your app settings so menus and system text match what you prefer to read.

What happens in practice

When a store lists opening hours, those hours are understood in local Beirut time. Free-delivery thresholds, tip presets, and COD totals still display in the configured USD amounts shown at checkout. Support replies may be in Arabic or English depending on the channel and your message.

Important live rules

  • Do not assume another timezone when coordinating delivery windows
  • Schedule order is off, so timing is near-term after store confirmation
  • Currency is USD in business settings even though operations are in Lebanon

What to do if something goes wrong

If times look wrong on your phone, check the device clock and timezone, then contact support with screenshots and the order ID. For currency questions, read the dedicated currency article before assuming a conversion error.

When chatting with support, timestamps you quote should assume Asia/Beirut unless you say otherwise. Bilingual menus may list Arabic and English names—match the name on your ticket when reporting missing items so vendors can find the SKU quickly.
