Can I order as a guest?
Guest checkout is available on the live platform.
Overview
Yes. Live Cedar GO configuration has guest checkout enabled. You can browse stores in your zone and place an order without creating a full customer account first.
How it works
Choose guest checkout when prompted, provide a valid delivery address inside an active zone, and leave a reachable phone number. The store still confirms the order. A delivery partner still collects Cash on Delivery and may ask for delivery OTP.
What happens in practice
Guest ordering is useful for a first trial order. You still see item prices, delivery charge (or free delivery when the threshold applies), and tip presets. After delivery you can create an account later to keep history, saved pins, and loyalty points.
- Keep cash ready for the COD total shown at checkout
- Stay near your phone for driver calls and OTP
- Use clear address notes so the partner can find you
Important live rules
- Guest checkout does not change payment: digital payment and wallet remain off
- Zone rules still apply; guests outside coverage cannot invent stores
- Schedule order remains off for guests and registered users alike
What to do if something goes wrong
If guest checkout fails, try registering, or contact support with the phone number used at checkout. For missing items after delivery, include the order ID when you write to info@cedargo.app.
