How are delivery fees and tips handled?
Fees and tips are for delivery partners - not vendor commission.
Overview
Delivery fees and tips are the core customer-facing earnings for delivery partners. Platform delivery-charge commission is 0%, and tips are enabled for drivers.
How it works
Customers pay delivery (unless free delivery applies) plus optional tip with COD. Your delivery app shows earnings where show-earning is enabled. Vendor 10% commission is not your tip line.

What happens in practice
At the door, collect the full app total, enter OTP, and finish the order. Do not negotiate separate side fees. Free delivery orders may still include a tip.

What to do if something goes wrong
If earnings do not match completed deliveries, contact support with order IDs rather than adjusting cash informally with stores.
Explain the split to yourself this way: product commission is a vendor topic at 10%, delivery-charge commission is 0%, and tips are yours. Customers still need exact-enough cash for the full COD total. If a tip is missing from an earning line after a delivered OTP completion, escalate with the order ID the same day.
