How do driver earnings work?
Delivery fees, tips, and DM loyalty points.
Overview
Delivery partners earn primarily from delivery fees and customer tips. Show earning is enabled in the driver experience. DM loyalty points are also enabled in live settings.
How it works
- Delivery fees (admin delivery-charge commission is 0%)
- Customer tips (enabled, max 10)
- Loyalty points per configured DM loyalty rules
Withdrawals and disbursement follow Cedar GO admin processes. Check the app for balances and contact support for payout questions.
What happens in practice
Complete OTP and COD correctly so orders close and earnings post. Informal side deals with vendors undermine settlement records and can break cash-in-hand tracking.
Important live rules
- Vendor 10% commission is not your delivery fee
- Customer wallet off does not remove tip COD collection
- Max cash-in-hand 100 can pause more COD until you settle
What to do if something goes wrong
Screenshot earning screens and send order IDs to support if a completed delivery does not appear.
Reconcile your day using completed order IDs, not memory. Free-delivery orders may show a zero delivery line for the customer while tips can still apply. When cash-in-hand approaches 100 USD, settle before peak hours so you stay eligible for more jobs. Ask finance questions with screenshots from the earning screen rather than approximate totals.
