How can my restaurant join Cedar GO?

Overview
Local restaurants and grocery stores can join Cedar GO to receive orders in active South Lebanon zones. Restaurant or store registration is enabled on the live platform.
How it works
Apply via Join as Vendor on the website or the vendor apply flow connected to Cedar GO, then wait for admin approval. After approval you use the vendor panel or vendor app to manage products, hours, and incoming orders.

- Ability to prepare Food and/or Grocery orders
What happens in practice
Onboarding places you in Food or Groceries (Pharmacy and Parcels are off). You confirm orders under the store confirmation model, prepare accurately, and coordinate handover to delivery partners. Customers pay COD; settlement follows commission rules.
Important live rules
- Admin commission 10% on product value per platform rules
- Delivery-charge commission 0%
- Many stores already operate; reliability matters for approval and retention
What to do if something goes wrong
If your application stalls, email info@cedargo.app with the business name and phone used on the form.
Have your menu draft and zone coverage plan ready before you apply. Mention whether you are primarily Food or Groceries. After approval, confirm a test mindset: can you accept, prep, and hand over under COD and OTP realities on a busy night?
