How is the 10% commission calculated?
10% admin commission on product value; delivery fees separate.
Overview
The platform admin commission is configured as 10. Commission business model is active. This is a vendor settlement topic, not an extra customer surcharge line on top of menu prices.
How it works
Commission is calculated on product or order value according to platform rules after applicable discounts. Delivery charge commission is 0—delivery fees are not an extra admin cut via that setting. Customer tips are for delivery partners, not vendor commission.
What happens in practice
After COD orders complete, vendor earnings views show product value minus commission per reports. Delivery fee money is handled on the delivery side. Always reconcile using order IDs when you have a question.

What to do if something goes wrong
If an earnings line looks wrong, contact Cedar GO finance or support with store name and order IDs. Do not adjust cash with drivers informally outside platform guidance.
When running promotions, remember discounts can change the product value that commission rules use. Delivery fees and tips still settle on other lines. If a weekly report looks off, pick three order IDs and walk them with support instead of disputing the entire month at once.
