What if the app shows no stores?

Zone, pin accuracy, and store hours are the usual causes.

Cedar GO Help · Getting Started

Overview

If Cedar GO shows no restaurants or grocery stores, the app is usually filtering by zone and availability. The live network focuses on South Lebanon coverage such as Zefta–Marwaniyeh–Kfarwa–Deir al Zehrane.

How it works

Store lists appear only when your delivery pin is inside an active zone and vendors are configured to serve that area. Modules that are off (Pharmacy, Parcels) never appear. Food and Groceries only show stores that are approved and presently available.

What happens in practice

  1. Confirm GPS or manually place the pin on your building
  2. Save the address and refresh the home list
  3. Try another nearby landmark inside known coverage
  4. Check whether it is outside typical store hours

Cedar GO has many active stores in coverage, so a completely empty list more often points to location than to an empty catalog.

Important live rules

  • Outside the zone you should expect no stores
  • Guest checkout cannot bypass zone filters
  • Closed or paused vendors may hide even inside the zone

What to do if something goes wrong

After fixing the pin, if the list stays empty, contact Cedar GO with your approximate area name and a screenshot. Use Contact, email, or WhatsApp so the team can confirm coverage.
