Your address must fall inside an active delivery zone.
Your delivery address controls which stores appear and where the partner drives. Cedar GO uses geographic zones, so the pin must fall inside active coverage such as Zefta–Marwaniyeh–Kfarwa–Deir al Zehrane.
When the pin is correct, Food and Grocery stores that serve that zone become available. Delivery charges at checkout follow zone and store rules, with a configured minimum shipping charge and free delivery above the order-amount threshold when eligible.
If you switch between home and another village in the zone, update the active address every time so the driver does not go to an old pin.
If stores disappear after moving the pin, move back into known coverage and refresh. If the driver cannot find you, share a landmark via chat or call and update support if the order is at risk. See also What if the app shows no stores?
