The platform is focused on South Lebanon communities rather than nationwide marketplace noise. That local focus shows up in zone coverage, COD-first payments, and support channels based in Zefta.

How it works

Customers browse active Food and Groceries stores inside a delivery zone, add items, and place an order. The store confirms the order, prepares it, and a delivery partner picks it up. Payment is collected as Cash on Delivery when the order arrives. Delivery verification with OTP can complete the drop-off.

Customers order in the customer app (guest checkout is also available)
Vendors manage menus and confirmations in the vendor panel or app
Delivery partners work in the delivery app for pickup, COD, and OTP

What happens in practice

On a typical evening order, you pin an address inside the active zone, choose a restaurant or grocery store, review item prices plus delivery and any tip, then place the order. You wait for store confirmation, track progress, pay cash at the door, and share the delivery OTP if prompted. Creating an account later helps with saved addresses and loyalty points where shown in the app.
