What can I order?

Food and groceries from participating stores in your zone.

Cedar GO Help · Getting Started

Overview

Cedar GO lets you order from participating restaurants and grocery stores that serve your delivery pin. Availability always depends on the active zone and which vendors are online and approved for that area.

How it works

In the live system, two modules are active:

  • Food — restaurant meals and related menu items
  • Groceries — everyday grocery products from stores

Pharmacy and Parcels modules exist in the software stack but are currently off, so you will not see those categories as live order types.

What happens in practice

Open the customer app, confirm your address is inside coverage (for example the Zefta–Marwaniyeh–Kfarwa–Deir al Zehrane zone), then browse stores. Catalog size changes as vendors add or hide items. Cedar GO already has many active stores and roughly thousands of active items, so selection grows with the network.

Add items to the cart, review delivery charge and optional tip, then place the order. The store must confirm before preparation continues. You pay Cash on Delivery when the partner arrives.

Important live rules

  • Only Food and Groceries are live order modules
  • Stores must serve your pin; outside the zone you may see no stores
  • Guest checkout is on if you prefer not to register first
  • Schedule order is off — orders are for near-term fulfillment after store acceptance

What to do if something goes wrong

If a store appears but an item is missing later, contact support with the order ID. If the catalog looks empty, reset your location and read What if the app shows no stores?
