What is free delivery?
Free delivery over the configured order amount.
Overview
Admin free delivery is on, using free delivery by order amount. The configured threshold is 60 in platform currency (USD). When your eligible order meets that threshold, the delivery charge can be waived at checkout.
How it works
Below the threshold, the normal delivery charge applies. Live configuration includes a minimum shipping charge setting of 10 USD, subject to zone and store rules. Always trust the fee shown before you place the order.
What happens in practice
Adding items to cross the free-delivery threshold can remove the delivery line. Tips are separate and still optional. Coupons that change item totals may also change whether you qualify—recheck checkout after any promo.

What to do if something goes wrong
If checkout still shows a delivery fee above the threshold, screenshot the cart and contact support before or after placing, with the order ID if already placed.
Watch how coupons interact with the threshold: a discount that lowers item totals can push you back below 60 and restore a delivery charge. Recheck the fee line after every promo change before you place the COD order.
