Help Center / Support & Contact

Where are terms and policies?

Website terms page plus in-app legal pages.

Cedar GO Help · Support & Contact

Overview

Legal text lives on the public website and inside product menus. Read website terms before you rely on marketing summaries alone.

How it works

On the website, open Terms & policies for the index, or go directly to Customer terms, Privacy, Vendor agreement, Driver agreement, Food safety, and Content & promotions. In the product, legal pages may also appear in customer, vendor, or driver app menus where linked.

What happens in practice

Account, COD, and partnership expectations are easier to understand when you pair Help Center how-tos with the formal terms. For account closure requests, terms plus support contact both matter.

Important live rules

  • Business identity: Cedar GO / cedargo.app
  • Contact channels listed in Help remain the operational path
  • Help articles explain live settings; terms govern the legal relationship

What to do if something goes wrong

If a policy link is missing in your app build, use the website terms page and email support for the privacy document you need.

If website and in-app legal text ever look out of date, ask support which document is authoritative for your question. Keep a copy of the terms version you accepted when you joined as a vendor or driver. Help Center articles describe live configuration; they do not replace the legal pages.
