What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery means you pay for your Cedar GO order when it arrives, instead of paying online in advance.

Under Cash on Delivery, payment is collected when the order is delivered to the customer—typically together with delivery OTP.

Who receives driver tips?

Delivery partners receive 100% of customer tips. Tips are separate from vendor commission and from delivery-fee platform commission (which is 0%).

Can I pay online or with a wallet?

Not at the moment. Digital payment and the customer wallet are turned off in the live Cedar GO system. Use Cash on Delivery.

How do tips work?

You can add a tip for the delivery partner at checkout using presets up to the maximum tip amount. Tips are optional and go to the driver.

What currency does Cedar GO use?

The live Cedar GO business settings use USD as the platform currency, with country set to Lebanon (LB).

What is included in my order total?

Your COD total typically includes item prices after discounts, delivery charge (unless free delivery applies), and any tip you selected.

What if I do not have exact cash?

Try to prepare the checkout total before the driver arrives. If you only have larger bills, agree change politely or contact support before the handoff stalls.
